Company Establishment

TREX Chip Technology was officially established in August 2019, headquartered in Nanshan District, Shenzhen.

Product Launch

In 2020, the HVIC and IGBT platforms were successfully developed and gradually mass-produced.

Module Product

In 2021, the R&D of IPM and PIM products was successful, gradually entering the small batch production stage.

In-vehicle project launch
