TR2138E is a 600V three-phase gate driver featuring high voltage, high-speed power IGBT and MOSFET drivers. It includes an internal BSD bootstrap diode, ITRIP overcurrent protection, UVLO protection, EN enable, and FAULT fault output functions, as well as independent VSS and COM pins.
