The TRM356A2S3 is a 600V/35A three-phase full-bridge intelligent power module, featuring built-in low-loss trench gate field-stop IGBT and FRD. It integrates a bootstrap diode BSD internally, simplifying the customer's PCB design. It includes an internal temperature output VOT function for detecting the module's internal temperature. Multiple protection functions are integrated, including UVLO undervoltage protection, CIN overcurrent protection, and over-temperature protection. It is compatible with 3.3V, 5V, and 15V logic levels.
