The TRM156A3S3 is a 600V/15A three-phase full-bridge intelligent power module, featuring built-in low-loss trench gate field-stop IGBT and FRD. It integrates a bootstrap diode BSD internally, simplifying the customer's PCB design. It also includes an internal temperature output VOT function for detecting the module's internal temperature. The module incorporates multiple protection features, including UVLO undervoltage protection, CIN overcurrent protection, and over-temperature protection. It is compatible with 3.3V, 5V, and 15V logic levels.
