TRM1512B1S2
The TRM1512B1S2 is an advanced IPM module. It features 6 latest trench gate field-stop IGBTs and 3 high-voltage gate drivers built-in to minimize EMI and losses. It also provides multiple protection functions, including undervoltage, overcurrent, and temperature output. Since each phase has an independent negative DC terminal, its current can be individually detected. The TRM1512B1S2 adopts a high-insulation, thermally conductive DBC package design, with an insulation withstand voltage of up to 2500Vrms. The entire package is more reasonable and compact, making it very convenient to use, especially suitable for applications such as inverters, servo drives, and air conditioners.
