TRM306C2S2
The TRM306C2S2 is a 600V/30A three-phase full-bridge intelligent power module, featuring built-in low-loss trench gate field-stop IGBTs and FRDs. It integrates a bootstrap diode (BSD) internally, simplifying customer PCB design. The module includes multiple protection functions such as undervoltage, short circuit, and over-temperature protection. It is compatible with 3.3V, 5V, and 15V logic levels. It is mainly used for variable frequency drives, such as air conditioning compressors and low-power inverters.
