TRM206E1R1 is a 600V/20A three-phase full-bridge intelligent power module, featuring low-loss RC IGBT and an integrated bootstrap diode BSD, simplifying customer PCB design. It includes an internal temperature output VOT function for detecting the module's internal temperature. The module integrates multiple protection features, including UVLO undervoltage protection, CIN overcurrent protection, and over-temperature protection. It is compatible with 3.3V, 5V, and 15V logic levels.
