The TRM66E1R1 is a 600V/6A three-phase full-bridge intelligent power module, featuring low-loss RC IGBT and an integrated bootstrap diode (BSD), simplifying customer PCB design. It includes an internal temperature output (VOT) function for monitoring the module's internal temperature. The module integrates multiple protection features, including UVLO undervoltage protection, CIN overcurrent protection, and over-temperature protection. It is compatible with 3.3V, 5V, and 15V logic levels.
