TRM306C3S2
The TRM306C3S2 is a 600V/30A three-phase full-bridge intelligent power module, featuring built-in low-loss trench gate field-stop IGBT and FRD. It integrates a bootstrap diode BSD internally, simplifying the customer's PCB design. It also includes an internal temperature output Vs function for detecting the module's internal temperature. Multiple protection functions are integrated, including UVLO undervoltage protection and short-circuit protection. It is compatible with 3.3V, 5V, and 15V logic levels.
