TRM2512C1S2 is a 1200V/25A three-phase full-bridge intelligent power module, built with low-loss trench gate field-stop IGBT and FRD. It integrates multiple protection functions, including undervoltage, short circuit, and over-temperature protection. It is compatible with 3.3V, 5V, and 15V logic levels. It is mainly used for frequency conversion drives, such as air conditioning compressors and low-power frequency converters.
