TRM306A1S3
The TRM306A1S3 is a 600V/30A three-phase full-bridge intelligent power module, featuring built-in low-loss trench-gate field-stop IGBTs and FRDs. It integrates a bootstrap diode BSD internally, simplifying the customer's PCB design. The module includes an internal temperature output VOT function for monitoring the internal temperature. It incorporates multiple protection features, including UVLO undervoltage protection, CIN overcurrent protection, and over-temperature protection. It is compatible with 3.3V, 5V, and 15V logic levels.
