SGS awards TREX Semiconductor the AEC Q100 certification

On June 16, SGS, an internationally recognized testing, inspection, and certification organization, issued the AEC Q100 certification to TREX Technologies Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as TREX Semiconductor). The certified product is the TR2181-ATREX semiconductor automotive chip.

Product line and automotive product explanation
TREX Semiconductor's main mass-produced product lines currently include IGBT single transistors, isolated/non-isolated driver ICs, IPMs, IGBT modules, and HPD modules. These products are widely used in automotive air conditioning, PTC, OBC, main drive, white goods, air conditioning compressors/PFC, industrial servo inverters, photovoltaic/storage, commercial and residential spaces, and other fields.
