TREX Semiconductor K3 packaging 1200V IGBT modules TP5012KTS1 and TP7512KTS1 have passed UL1557 certification!

      Guangdong TREX Semiconductor K3 package (compatible with the mainstream PIM3 package already mass-produced in the market) IGBT modules TP5012KTS1 and TP7512KTS1 have successfully passed all tests specified in the UL1557:2018 standard and obtained the UL1557 certification certificate issued by UL (File No. E527960).

Guangdong TREX Semiconductor K3 package series power modules TP5012KTS1 (1200V/50A) and TP7512KTS1 (1200V/75A) have successfully passed all tests specified in the UL1557:2018 standard, including insulation withstand voltage test, thermal aging test, etc. TREX Semiconductor K3 package IGBT module products have gained international standard recognition due to their strong technology, demonstrating TREX Semiconductor's strength and determination to go global.

Guangdong TREX Semiconductor TP5012KTS1 (1200V / 50A) and TP7512KTS1 (1200V / 75A) are 1200V IGBT modules with K3 packaging and CIB topology (including rectification, braking, and inverter circuits). Their circuit wiring diagram is shown in Figure 1, and the appearance is shown in Figure 2. This series of IGBT modules is mainly used in three-phase AC input commercial air conditioning compressor drive controllers, industrial servo drives, inverters, and other three-phase full-bridge topology motor drive applications.
