Driver IC
TREX Semiconductor has launched dozens of HVIC products, including 200V, 600V, and 1200V voltage ratings, featuring excellent negative voltage resistance and high reliability. Several models have passed AEC-Q100 automotive certification. The topologies include half-bridge, three-phase full-bridge, single low-side, dual low-side, single high-side, etc., to meet different customer application needs. HVICs have built-in protection functions depending on the model, including DESAT/ITRIP overcurrent protection monitoring, undervoltage protection, direct-through protection, fault output, and more. More innovative driver products will be continuously launched based on market demand.
TREX TREX Semiconductor has launched several analog power management chips based on market demand, including the TR1654 single-channel Boost PFC control chip, TR9673 three-channel interleaved Boost PFC control chip, and TR2085 isolated driver secondary side power supply solution. These excellent power control solutions meet customer requirements for power factor, THD, and efficiency.
TREX Semiconductor's isolated drivers use advanced capacitive isolation technology with strong driving capability, able to drive IGBT/-MOSFET/SiC power devices. They provide UVLO, Miller clamp, OUTH/OUTL, DESAT protection, soft shutdown, VEE negative voltage shutdown, and other functions to ensure safe and reliable operation of power devices.
IGBT
TREX Semiconductor's IGBTs adopt internationally advanced trench structure and field-stop technology, with built-in fast recovery diodes or SiC diodes. They feature high-speed switching, low conduction loss, and low switching loss. TREX IGBTs have a positive temperature coefficient, good parameter consistency, easy parallel use, and high reliability and robustness. These products are suitable for automotive, industrial, new energy, and home appliance fields.
IPM
TREX Semiconductor IPMs are equipped with proprietary high-performance chips, integrating multiple protection functions including UVLO undervoltage protection, CIN overcurrent protection, built-in low-loss trench gate field-stop IGBT and FRD, featuring VOT function and input filtering, compatible with 3.3V, 5V, and 15V logic levels, ensuring good quality and performance.
Power Module
TREX Semiconductor IGBT modules use self-developed chips with FS-Trench & MPT technology, featuring low switching loss and low Vce(sat). Different internal topologies are available for various applications.
Commercial Air Conditioning
Jufeng provides a complete power semiconductor solution for the commercial air conditioning market, including high-power PMSM inverter compressor drive and high-voltage DC brushless fan drive applications. Specific products include inverter compressor drive 1200V PIM power modules, capacitive isolation technology driver ICs, and 1200V IPMs for high-voltage brushless fan drives.
Servo
