1. Product Overview
The 1CXXXX-E5 series is designed to drive IGBTs, power MOSFETs, and SiC MOSFETs in applications. It provides separate outputs to control rise and fall times, also offers Miller clamp options for reliable turn-off in bridge driving, and delivers a strong pull-up/pull-down current capability of up to 10A/10A. Featuring a unique CMTI enhanced filtering design, it supports a minimum common-mode transient immunity (CMTI) of 150kV/μs, enhancing system robustness. The maximum operating supply voltage of this driver is 32V, with the input side accepting a wide supply voltage range from 3V to 17V, expanding the power supply usage domain. All supply voltage pins support undervoltage lockout (UVLO) protection.
