Since its establishment, TREX Semiconductor has been deeply engaged in non-isolated HVIC and high-voltage isolated driver IC technologies, having launched dozens of 600V HVIC products and several isolated driver products. This 1200V HVIC is suitable for 380V AC motor drive systems and power supply systems. Common application scenarios include commercial air conditioning fan drives and 380V AC variable frequency water pump drives. Basic function test: HIN/HIN supports 3.3V/5V/15V level logic, VCC/VBS operating voltage can reach up to 20V, built-in CIN overcurrent protection function eliminates the need for an external comparator for overcurrent protection, simplifying customer PCB design. Equipped with fault output/FO function, enabling real-time overcurrent protection by connecting to MCU. Overcurrent protection recovery is achieved through FO_RST. The chip has a built-in active Miller clamp function to effectively prevent shoot-through caused by the Miller effect.

Load double pulse test: According to a bus voltage of 600V, double pulse tests were conducted on the TR2215 chip and 1200V IGBT power transistor. At the chip's maximum operating voltage VCC=20V, it can perfectly drive the power transistor.
