TREX Semiconductor launches the 600V single high-side HVIC with DESAT desaturation monitoring – TR2127X series driver IC. The single high-side 600V HVIC is suitable for parallel MOSFET motor controllers. Compared to half-bridge architecture, it facilitates PCB routing and optimizes controller design. It also features built-in DESAT overcurrent protection monitoring, ensuring high reliability of the controller.

Basic function test: HIN/LIN supports 3.3V/5V/15V logic levels, VCC/VBS operating voltage can reach up to 20V. Built-in DESAT overcurrent protection function eliminates the need for external comparators for overcurrent protection, simplifying customer PCB design. Includes fault output/FLT function, which can be connected to MCU for real-time overcurrent protection.
