The TREX Semiconductor TR27524 is a dual-channel, high-speed, low-side gate driver capable of effectively driving switching power devices such as MOSFETs and IGBTs.

The TR27524 features a design that significantly reduces breakdown current internally, with peak output source and sink currents exceeding 5A. It also offers rail-to-rail driving capability, an ultra-low typical propagation delay of 13ns, and input pin thresholds compatible with low-voltage logic and a wide hysteresis threshold providing excellent noise immunity.
