1. Product Overview
TREX semiconductor TRM156AS1, TRM206AS1, TRM306AS1 are 600V three-phase full-bridge intelligent power modules with currents of 15A, 20A, and 30A respectively. They include UVLO undervoltage protection, CIN overcurrent protection, over-temperature protection, built-in low-loss trench gate field-stop IGBT and FRD, and an internal integrated temperature output VOT function for detecting the internal temperature of the module. The built-in input has filtering function and is compatible with 3.3V, 5V, and 15V logic levels.

Switching Time Definition
