1. Product Overview
The TR210X series is a 600V high-side and low-side gate driver, suitable for driving MOSFETs and IGBTs. The logic input is compatible with standard CMOS or LSTTL outputs, supporting input logic levels of 3.3V, 5V, and 15V. This product includes a low-side channel (LO) and a high-side channel (HO), the latter dedicated to bootstrap power or isolated power supply, featuring fast propagation delay and excellent delay matching between the two channels.
