[New Product Recommendation] TREX Semiconductor EASY2B 650V High Reliability IGBT Module

Since its establishment, TREX Semiconductor has been deeply engaged in industrial application IGBT products, including single transistors, IPM, and IGBT modules, having launched dozens of products.

This 650V, Type I three-level IGBT module is recommended for use in Active Power Filters (APF) and other three-level applications. APFs can be widely applied in distribution networks of industrial, commercial, and governmental organizations, such as power systems, electroplating enterprises, water treatment equipment, petrochemical companies, large shopping malls and office buildings, precision electronics companies, airport and port power supply systems, medical institutions, and more.
