TREX Semiconductor DIP29 series 1200V 10A/15A/25A, 600V 30A/50A series intelligent power module products have successfully passed all tests specified by the UL1557:2018 standard and obtained the UL1557 certification issued by UL (File No. E527960). 
TREX Semiconductor DIP29 series 1200V 10A/15A/25A, 600V 30A/50A series intelligent power module products have successfully passed all tests specified by the UL1557:2018 standard, including structural inspection, insulation withstand voltage test, and extreme thermal aging test.
TREX Semiconductor TRM1012B1S1, TRM1012BS1, TRM1512BS1, TRM2512BS1, TRM306BS1, TRM506BS1 are 1200V and 600V three-phase full-bridge power modules with rated parameters of 1200V 10A, 1200V 15A, 1200V 25A, 600V 30A, and 600V 50A respectively. They include UVLO undervoltage protection and CIN overcurrent protection. They are mainly used in variable frequency air conditioning compressor drives, industrial servo inverters, high-power variable frequency fans, water pumps, and motor drivers.
