TREX semiconductor E5 isolation driver series products 1C10HH-E5, 1C10MH-E5, 1C10HF-E5, 1C10MF-E5 have successfully passed all tests specified by the UL1577:2023 standard, including structural inspection, isolation withstand voltage test, heavy load test, and thermal aging test.
